Events like this can't run without the help of an amazing group of volunteers. We already have people that have put up their hand to help at the event but in order to share the load and give everyone volunteering a chance to also enjoy the festival, it would be great to get some more. And you won't go empty handed...

Become a Volunteer

We're on the hunt for a group of committed volunteers to support the delivery of the event. Volunteer positions in car parking, marshal, bar service, gates, site set-up, site pack-down, and racing officials are available. Or if you have a skill that you think will be useful, please contact us. Trust us, there'll be something for everyone!

Set-up starts the week before, and pack-down goes for a few days after. The event runs from Friday to Sunday. When you sign up to volunteer, we'll make sure your roster gives you loads of time to enjoy the event.

If you are selected as one of our Spoke Volunteers you will recieve the following ticket discount depending on how much time you can give us:

4 Hours = 25% Discount

4 - 6 Hours = 50% Discount

8 - 10 Hours = 100% Discount

We obviously only require so many volunteers depending on your skill set. You will be notified if you have a spot. If you have already bought a ticket and decide to volunteer we can arrange your discount via refund.
